Online and In Person Meditation Course - How to Really Relax and Enjoy Life, with Gen Mila
This meditation course is for people who are very busy, work very hard and would like to receive some direct advice, on how to relax and really enjoy life. Gen Mila, will teach on the importance of keeping our mind open, and how to do this, for our own and others happiness.
This course is also suitable for both new and experienced meditators.
How to join in?
Download Zoom. (free). Once purchased your ticket, insert the Zoom ID and Password into your Zoom - Join a Meeting, add your first name, and you will automatically be connected to the class. You don't need to sign in to Zoom.
We would love you to join 15 minutes before the course starts to meet the other attendees.
You are also invited to ask any questions during the course using the Zoom Chat facility.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to register and settle in.
We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
